NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Diamond Valley Little Athletics Centre and Willinda Park Junior Athletics Management Association will be held on Saturday, 29th April 2023 at 2pm at Willinda Park Clubrooms.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022-2023 

 

BUSINESS 

(1) To accept the prior Annual General Meeting Minutes (21 May 2022) 

(2) To receive the annual report and financial report of the Centre 

(3) To receive the Executive Reports 

(4) To receive nominations and vote for the positions on the Executive Committee 

(5) General business: items to be received 14 days prior to AGM. 

 

The event will include Centre Award presentations, fun activities and light refreshments.
