On Track Mondays only 4.30pm-5.15pm with James.

Monday U9-U17
5pm-6:15pm Sprints, Distance, jumps and throws.
5.30-6.30pm Walks training

Wednesday

Please ensure you arrive on time and head to the bunker. Make sure you dress in comfortable sporting/weather appropriate attire and bring a drink bottle.

Sometimes other training may take place in conjunction with or in place of above schedule. We thank you for your understanding.
