We would love to welcome you back to Willinda Park to celebrate the success of our athletes and volunteers for the 2025-2026 season. Please come and join us for the Diamond Valley Presentation Day and AGM.

There will be some trivia fun, snacks and pizza, presentations of centre awards to athletes and volunteers, as well as the AGM and voting in of a new committee of management.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Diamond Valley Little Athletics Centre will be held on Saturday, 2nd May 2026 at 1pm at Willinda Park Clubrooms.

BUSINESS 
(1) To accept the prior Annual General Meeting Minutes (3rd May 2025) 
(2) To receive the annual report and financial report of the Centre 
(3) To receive the Executive Reports 
(4) To receive nominations and vote for the positions on the Executive Committee 
(5) General business: items to be received 14 days prior to AGM. 
 
The event will include Centre Award presentations, fun activities and light refreshments.
