Cross Country competition is held most Saturday's during the Winter Season (May- August). There are no additional registration requirements for athletes continuing from the Summer Season. A Cross Country season charge of $40 will also be payable to the centre.

Each week we will participate with a number of other centres from our region at various locations across the Norther Suburbs of Melbourne.

The 2022/23 Cross Country season has now finished.

Athletes participate in a race each week with distance based on their age group. This is open to all Under 6 to Under 16 boys and girls.

• U6-U7 500m
• U8 1000m
• U9-U10 1500m
• U11-U12 2000m
• U13-U17 3000m

During the season the following championships events normally occur:

• Region Cross Country Carnival (the qualifier for the State Cross Country Championships)
• State Cross Country Relay Championships
• State Cross Country Championships
