Track & Field

Track and Field competition is  held most Saturday's during the Summer Season (September - March).

Athletes participate in a number of events with race distances, implement weights etc. suitable for their their age group and gender.

Under 6 and Under 7 athletes participate in an 1 hour "On Track" program each week to learn athletics skills as well as participating in selected events.

Under 8 to Under 17 athletes participate in a full program of 4-6 events each week.


Little Athletics is a fully inclusive sport welcoming athletes of all abilites and identities.
