As part of our Diamond Valley Female Mentoring and Leadership Program, we are proud and honoured to be able to welcome Olympian Sprinter and former Diamond Valley athlete, Monica Brennan to our Monday night training on 14th December.

Monica is a world class sprint athlete who competed in the 4×400m relay team in the Rio 2016 Olympics finishing 8th in the final. With a strong history of best performances and achievements, Monica is looking ahead to the Tokyo Olympics next year and we are super excited to have her share her skill and experience with our athletes.

Monica has also worked with the Pretty Foundation, which seeks to instil a gender equality mind-set within the next generation and to teach girls that they are not valuable for what they look like, but rather for who they are.
