Please note the following additional roles that need to be completed by clubs. This changes every week, but we always are lacking in volunteers (it’s the same people each week helping), so please offer to help out.

Set up Event Tents and Tables – Set Up 7:30am Greenbriar & Watsonia
Delivering Kits to Field Events – 7:45am St Mary’s
Hurdle Set Up – 7.30am Rosanna
Field Event Set Up – 8.00am First Event Chief and duty helpers
Event Kit Pack Up and Storage – Final Event Chief and duty helpers
Pack Up Tents and Tables – Yarrambat-Plenty & Diamond Creek
